Step 1
Enter your access code. This can be found in your Calm Health invitation email that you received from your health insurance plan, physician/care team, or employer.
Step 2
During the registration process, in addition to the access code, you may be asked to enter additional information to verify eligibility, based on the criteria your sponsor has selected. For example, your email, first and last name, date of birth, insurance member ID, employee ID, etc.
Step 3
If you didn't enter an Access Code when registering for your account, you can add it later. Simply go to “Profile” at the bottom right, then click the “Unlock Content” banner to access the full Calm Health experience.
