Eligibility Confirmation

Calm Health is an invitation-only app from your health insurance plan, physician/care team, or employer. To confirm your eligibility and start using Calm Health:

Step 1
Enter your access code. This can be found in your Calm Health invitation email that you received from your health insurance plan, physician/care team, or employer.

During the registration process, in addition to the access code, you may be asked to enter additional information to verify eligibility, based on the criteria your sponsor has selected. For example, your email, first and last name, date of birth, insurance member ID, employee ID, etc.

If you didn't enter an Access Code when registering for your account, you can add it later. Simply go to “Profile” at the bottom right, then click the “Unlock Content” banner to access the full Calm Health experience.

How to Change my Communications Preference

Click on “Profile” in the bottom right of the navigation bar

How to Change my Goals, Conditions, and Topics

You can update your goals, conditions, and topics anytime.

Click on “Profile” in the bottom right of the navigation bar

Scroll down to the “About You” section and click on “Update” in the “Your Goals” or “Your Topics” box(es) to update your selections

To update your conditions selections, click on “Update” in the “Your Conditions” box, and click “Add Condition” at the bottom right corner. You can search for conditions at the top or select options from the list displayed
Reset goals
Step 4
Once you’ve modified your selections, click “Save” or “Done” to finish. You can also click “Reset” to clear your previous selections and start over

How to Retake my Screening

It’s recommended that you retake the mental health screening every four weeks, so you can track your journey. And don’t worry: If you forget, we’ll send you friendly reminders.

How to Create a Health Summary

Understanding Your Plan

Your personalized plan consists of a collection of program recommendations for you based on your mental health screening results, goals, topics, or conditions.

Click “Plan” in the bottom navigation. You will be directed to an overview of your personalized plan

How to Leave a Clinical Program

From the Home Page, click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the Clinical Program and select “View Program”

How to Delete Your Account

Click on “Profile” in the bottom right of the navigation bar

Scroll down to and click on “Delete Account” at the bottom of the page

Step 4
Deleting your account is irreversible and you will no longer have access to your Calm Health data. A health summary will be automatically generated for you so you can retain your data before your account is deleted. The document will appear once generated and you may save it for your records

Click “Delete Account” at the bottom of the page, or select “X” at the top right corner or “Cancel” at the bottom of the page to return to your profile
